With a goal to improve health and wellbeing among staff and students, we were very excited to assist in bringing the Relax & Renew Space to life.

See and learn about Sofia Conti's latest exhibition, Return, O Backsliding Children, which has a story to tell through both the photographs and the sourcing of her exhibition materials.

The #glasgowwoodphotochallenge continues! We're aiming to encourage the community to build and share their amazing creations with us with the hope of motivating and inspiring each other. And if you're not a maker, we still welcome photos of you with your Glasgow Wood purchases! Ends 27th October at 5pm.

Learn more about the work of Grow 73, a community garden in Overtoun Park, who have been developing their growing opportunities for the local community using timber and growing equipment from Glasgow Wood. Last year their Bee Line project was featured in a special Countryfile episode, and they’re also hosting 1/732th of the COP27 relay going all the way to Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt!

Janet and Jack recently went over to visit the Craft Café in Govan to host a planter box building workshop. Once they knew how to use the tools, they quickly whipped together an incredible 50 boxes from reclaimed timber. Check out the finished planters here, incredible mosaic patterns and all!
